The Druids of Edora is a Stefan Feld strategy game built around dice that become workers. Roll early, then move through a modular forest and commit those fixed values to shrines for provisions, knowledge, herbs, runestones, and construction. Placement costs rise as dice accumulate, while their values also shape majorities and unlock bonuses across connected paths. Contracts and potion effects reward long-term planning, but the spatial board keeps every route contested. Simple turn steps conceal a layered efficiency puzzle: preserve the right dice, arrive before a shrine becomes expensive, and convert a journey through the sacred wood into prestige.
