Little Town packs a full worker-placement economy into four brisk rounds and a compact shared map. Each player sends three workers out per round. A gathering worker collects resources or activates effects from all eight surrounding spaces; a builder spends those materials to add one of the available building tiles. Placement matters twice: a well-sited structure improves your own future turns, and rivals who use it must pay you a coin before gaining its benefit. Random building sets and a double-sided board keep the neighborhood changing, while private objectives offer another direction for points. The result is accessible enough to teach quickly but interactive enough that every new farm, quarry, workshop, and market reshapes everyone’s plan.
