One player is Dr. Jekyll, trying to preserve balance; the other is Mr. Hyde, exploiting every imbalance to seize control. Play three suits into conventional tricks, but judge success by the difference in tricks won rather than a simple majority. Potion cards combine suit effects, alter the hierarchy, and upset carefully planned hands. After each round Hyde advances according to the gap between the players, so Jekyll must engineer equilibrium while Hyde creates extremes over three tense rounds.
