Overview

What ABG knows about this game

Dogs: Card Game was inspired by the original version, which has five editions, four in Brazil and one in the USA. It offers a dynamic experience and very different from the board version. The game plays up to 5 players, games are faster and the mechanics, although simpler, appeal to casual players to those more experienced in the hobby. On his turn, the player chooses a place in the city to visit. There, he performs one or two actions in any order: (1) Collect dogs and (2) Hire a character. There are five different types of dogs: healthy, sick, trained, lost and looking for accommodation. The characters in turn improve the actions of the players: Kennel Manager, Trader, Veterinary, Handler and Partner. With quick turns and varied play options, Dogs: Card Game is a lightweight set collection, with a hint of resource management and character selection, ideal for introducing new players to the hobby. In addition, it can also be played perfectly with children from 8 years old, with only a few adjustments to the rules.
