Read the full game description

Terror in Meeple City is a three-dimensional dexterity game about enormous monsters reducing a cardboard metropolis to lunch. Before play, floor tiles are stacked on wooden citizens to form crowded buildings across the city board. On a turn a monster takes two actions. Movement means flicking its separate paw and placing the body where it lands. Demolishing means lifting the monster and dropping it onto a building. A vehicle can be flicked like a projectile, while the breath action lets a player rest their chin on the monster and blow across the city. Every impact changes the physical puzzle: floors fall, meeples scatter, vehicles ricochet, and rival monsters may lose teeth. After acting, a monster eats exposed meeples up to the number of teeth it still possesses. Sets containing the six citizen colors are valuable, as are collected floors and teeth, but runaway citizens can bring the rampage to an early end. Character, power, and secret-superpower cards make each monster behave differently and add personal scoring goals. The game ends when the city has been flattened or the runaway track fills; the monster with the greatest total damage wins.
