Scale: 1 turn = 3 months (1 turn consists 7 phases. 1 phase = 1 week for air-naval unit, rest 6 weeks are omitted as preparation term), 1 hex represents 250 miles. Carriers are represented individually; other counters represent 2-10 vessels. The game is of advanced complexity and rules are comprehensive. the original rules and components are printed in Japanese, but English translations are included.
