Men at Work turns a box of chunky wooden construction pieces into a wonderfully tense dexterity challenge. On your turn, an instruction card tells you which worker or building material must be added and may impose a specific placement rule: a worker could need to carry a brick, stand on one foot, or perch at a dangerous height. Touching the structure is allowed only as the rules permit, and anything you dislodge counts toward an accident. Too many accidents cost safety certificates and can eliminate a player, while successfully completing Rita’s increasingly difficult assignments earns Employee of the Month awards. Three modular rule sets let groups tune the structure, difficulty, and scoring. The rules stay light, but every trembling hand and improbable recovery becomes a shared table moment.
