FlipToons is a quick deck-building game about casting an animated feature. Each round you shuffle your entire deck and reveal six characters into a three-by-two audition grid. Every Toon has a talent that can care about its position, neighbors, symbols, or other members of the cast, so the order of the flip creates surprising combinations. After resolving the tableau, total its Fame and spend that result in an open market to hire stronger Toons or dismiss weak performers from your studio. Fame then resets and the whole deck is shuffled for the next audition. Reaching at least thirty Fame in one flip claims the Critic’s Choice card and triggers one final audition for everyone. The largest final Fame total wins. More than thirty distinct characters and a compact solo mode give this light, portable game a satisfying blend of luck, deck tuning, and positional puzzle solving.
