Read the full game description

Dream Home is a gentle drafting and pattern-building game played over twelve rounds. A shared board presents columns of paired cards: a room for the house and a resource that may be an accessory, helper, tool, or roof. On a turn, each player selects one column and places its room into an eligible space of a personal three-story home. Rooms grow by adding adjacent matching cards, but each type has an ideal size and unfinished rooms score poorly. Basements must stay below ground, upper floors need support, and a house with the wrong layout can lose space permanently. Resource cards add furniture, one-time actions, ongoing helpers, or roof sections that score best when their colors match and the roof is complete. After twelve drafts, players score rooms, functional combinations such as a bathroom on each floor, furnishings, and the roof. Dream Home is approachable enough for families, yet its open market makes every pick consequential: the perfect bedroom card may come paired with an unwanted tool, while taking a scarce roof section can deny exactly what a rival needs.
