Each artificial intelligence drafts three Protocol decks and shuffles their eighteen command cards together. On a turn, play a card into a contested line or refresh to recover committed cards, resolving effects that flip, move, suppress, or strengthen other commands. A line compiles when your visible value reaches ten and exceeds the opponent; manipulate all three lines well enough to compile each Protocol before the rival intelligence rewrites the contest.
