Read the full game description

Automobiles is a bag-building racing game in which every cube represents a part of the car, a member of the pit crew, or the wear accumulated during a hard lap. Each driver begins with the same small bag, draws a hand of cubes, and spends them to move, draft, corner, remove wear, or buy stronger cubes for later rounds. The track rewards good positioning: moving into the inside line can shorten a corner, while drafting lets a car use a rival’s speed. Pushing too hard adds wear cubes that do nothing when drawn and can clog the engine at the worst moment, so pit actions and bag management are as important as raw pace. Garage cards vary from game to game and give each color of cube a different ability, creating new combinations of handling, engine power, performance, and crew support. Players choose the circuit and race length, then compete over repeated laps until the first car crosses the finish line. The result is a tactile deck-builder without cards, where every upgrade must translate into speed before the race runs out.
