Overview

"Asalto al banco de Inglaterra" is the Spanish translation of “Assault to the Bank of England”. The board represents London. There are shops, a few banks (including the bank of England), streets, Scotland Yard (with a prison) and the hideouts of the bands of thieves. One player plays the police and the other players, a band of thieves each. The goal of the thieves is to rob banks. In order to access the bank the thieves need tools like a blowtorch or dynamite. These items must be collected in the shops. Both policemen and thieves may get help from different cards. With those cards the thieves can move their pawns to safe places, order a police to go back to the police station, etc... The policemen can use the cards to raid a location, shoot a thief, and conduct other actions. The are 4 small banks and a big one: "The Bank of England". The thieves not only have to steal the money from the safe, they also have to be able to escape and bring the money to their hideout. If the police catches them, the money returns to the bank. The players agree at the beginning of the game on the game length and number of banks they have to rob in order to win. Of course the player who plays the policemen has to stop the robberies.
